Denon AVR-4308 DAB HD Network Wi-Fi 7.1 AV receiver unveiled

Denon is showing off some of its forthcoming kit at the Munich Show, including this Denon AVR-4308 DAB HD Network Wi-Fi 7.1 AV receiver.

The first AV product to feature Denon’s new ‘wave’ style industrial design, it includes HDMI 1.3a with two HDMI outputs, Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD decoders, Deep Colour and xvYCC support and Auto Lip Sync. There’s also seven channels of 140W output, Advanced AL24 for all channels, a Faroudja chip to up-scale to 1080P, an audiophile chassis construction design, a Compressed Audio Restorer and a DAB Tuner.

Other features include USB, Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity, music streaming from PC & Mac (AAC, MP3, WAV, WMA), photo streaming (JPEG), net radio and three zone room-to-room capability.

Expected to retail for £2000, it should launch around September 2007.
