Turn yourself into a Simpsons character online

Yes, The Simpsons movie moves ever close, so expect an endless stream of hype, cash-in merchandise and themed burger meals. But it’s not all negative – a great way of killing some Friday time is creating a Simpsons character in your own image.

The tools to do that are on the official Simpsons movie website. Just head over there, pick your body size, then customise just about everything – from your hair and eyebrows to the design on your t-shirt. You can even pick your favourite shade of yellow.

The image to your left is a somewhat rushed and frankly not altogether accurate image of yours truly. Unfortunately, you can’t add beer bellies or red eye from staring at a computer screen too much.
