Dubai store makes gold plated PS4 and Xbox One because who needs taste when you have money?

Say what you will about Dubai, but it is not a country known for its modesty – as this story testifies. Retailer Jumbo Electronics thought that it would get some free publicity at the “Games 14” convention by gold plating a PS4 and an Xbox One.
According to Luxury Launches, if you want them you’ll have to come up with 49,999 AED – which is over £8300.
Rumour has it that next Dubai will come up with custom bright red consoles, stained with the blood of migrant workers in a sacrifice to unsustainable consumption.
