Smokey Amp – the cigarette packet amplifier
Share
Smoking isn’t big or clever – but a lot of musicians do it, so it’s no surprise to see a cigarette packet recycled as a practice amplifier, which is what you get with the Smokey Amp.
Designed by a former custom amp designer at guitar legends Fender, this is a very loud amp for its size, ready for you to plug in your guitar and strum away. One square battery will give you about ten hours of playing time, with a 0.5w output from the built-in speaker.
And of course, it’s an eye-catcher – and ideal if you fancy doing a spot of busking in an enclosed space. You can pick up the Smokey Amp for around £25.
