Hands-free kit: The Perfect Christmas gift?

With it set to become a criminal offence to use a handset mobile behind the wheel from December 1st, and with Christmas fast appoaching, there’s never been a better time buy a hands-free kit.

One of the latest available is the Earglove BlueSport from Body Glove. Expected to retail for around £49.99, it’s compatible with all Bluetooth and PDA-based phones. The headset is designed to fit easily around the ear and there’s a flip-up mîcrophone so the user can carry on wearing it even when not on a call – though, trust me, you will get some strange looks.

The up and down volume buttons are the side of the headset and the answer/end button is at the back. The Body Glove Bluetooth headset comes with a charger and offers up to four hours talk time and 120 hours in standby.
