Walkman-ise your iPod

It appears Apple has a secret weapon to beat off the challenge from Sony in the personal music player market! The Retropod. Featured on Gizmodo, the wacky looking case is actually a large 80s Sports Walkman replica which houses your iPod. Quite why you’d want to do that we’re not quite sure, but it does make – er – a statement. It’s even possible to hook up a pair of headphones directly to the Walkman. It costs $20.
Of course for something a bit smaller and dare we say sexier, there’s always the new Sony iPod (see story below on the NW-HD1)
