Sources in microsoft have told Reuters that Xbox 2 will not be revealed at GDC in March. microsoft’s Xbox team has used this games industry technical forum to make announcements about hardware in the past, so it was expected this would be their launch platform for Xbox 2. Instead it now looks likely that will be E3, where both Sony and Nintendo have already publicly committed to showing their next generation of consoles.
