Hmm, the picture with “for internal distribution only” written over the top is a good indication that news of the 8GB Cruzer mini was not quite ready to be aired just yet. None the less, word has leaked that SanDisk are preparing this huge drive to expand on the Cruzer mini range, already capable of up to 4GB. Currently, USB flash drives of such capacity are few in number and cost a packet so it’s good to see more companies setting their sights high. Given that we’re not certain of the origin of the picture, it is no surprise that price and availability remains unknown.
