Superjumbo takes off on maiden flight

Here’s a little snippet for all you plane spotters out there: the A380 has just taken off on its maiden flight. For those of out of the loop in aeronautical matters, the A380 is a double-decker super jumbo plane. According to rumours, Virgin airways has planned to buy a whole bundle of these babies and outfit with casinos and bedrooms, to make for a smoother flight, so to speak. The plane is also likely to have wireless internet access, as the number of planes offering wireless continue to increase, as we have reported.
