Lommy GPS/GPRS tracking with voice communication

The excellently named Lommy from Flextrack is a battery powered GPS handheld tracking device that incorporates a Sarantel antenna. It’s got two-way voice communication features "for use in emergencies", which I’m guessing means it’s pretty much a mobile phone – possibly with push to talk. The release details aren’t too clear, however, so more details when we can track them down.
