microsoft releases update to MSN search toolbar

microsoft released a new version of its toolbar today, dubbed the MSN Search Toolbar with Windows Desktop Search. The charitable would say that this program takes inspiration from the Google and Copernic search engines in allowing searches to take place from the desktop of your PC. A La Copernic and Google’s search engines, the MSN search toolbar will provide a preview window, allowing you to preview pages that might match your search. The program also comes with a nifty indexing system, allowing you to choose what info gets indexed, as well as what type of files to search.
