So the future of phones is, errr, big, bulky and devoid of a number pad… Sounds like the work of madmen, but if the 7710 smartphone is anything to go by it is in fact how the world’s leading mobile maker Nokia is planning on developing tomorrow’s handsets. And while the 7710 has plenty of quirks, we are smart enough to realise that its widescreen will come in mighty handy when digital TV tuners for phones arrive next year.
