If you’re stuck behind a computer when you’d rather be sipping Pimms, chomping strawberries and singing Cliff Richard numbers then you might be slightly cheered by the news that you can watch Wimbledon on the web.
The All England Lawn Tennis Club has, for the second year running, partnered with BT Broadband and BT Yahoo! Broadband, enabling BT customers to watch six hours a day live coverage plus highlights, player interviews and behind the scenes footage completely gratis. Non BT customers can also access footage for a £7 one-off charge though selected clips from the day’s highlights and archive material will be available free of charge. Customers who sign up to to broadband from BT via http://video.wimbledon.org/broadband can also save 10 per cent next time they visit Wimbledon’s online shop.
