Kodak releases new digital camera duo

Looks like another attack of a gadget trying to set itself up as a  fashion accessory: the Kodak Easyshare V550 and V530 series are both available now. The V550 is a fairly standard, but small digital camera with 19 scene modes, a 5 MP camera, 2.5 inch LCD screen and 3x optical zoom as well as boasting video performance.

The press release details the V530 as this summers ‘to-die-for fasion accessory’. I’ve got a little difficulty picturing that personally, but the cameras do come in a variety of colours (from absolute pink to midnight black) and boasts the same features as the V550, except with a slightly smaller 2-inch screen and without video. Which isn’t bad.
