Home brewing is back
Ahh home brew kits… The preserve of beardy weirdie geography teachers and those too tight to stump up for a Watney’s Party Seven.
Well is the home brew revival about to begin? New on IWOOT is the £100 Beer Machine Model 2000, a Canadian invention that apparently brews top quality ale within seven days.
It’s a three step process with the user pouring in the beer mix, water and yeast, waiting seven days then indulging in old fashioned style binge drinking. Quite how the user’s stomach will be the following day remains to be seen, but IWOOT assures us its all natural stuff with no chemicals.
The only downside is that one brewing pack costs £31.99 and makes just seventeen pints. So that trip to the offy still might work out better value.
