Coldplay's travel essentials

With the exception of Paul Weller bagging a gong 20 years too late, the high point of this year’s Brits was undoubtedly Coldplay’s announcement that they’ll be going away for a couple of years for a "holiday". In reality, this will probably mean more fruit-based children and several "guest appearances" with other musical miseries while the band look for a new idea. But they’re minro quibbles – they’re off and that’s got to be good news.
