It was a sad day indeed when Sony announced the end of its robot dog, AIBO, the Japanese giant preferring to concentrate on profitable ventures as opposed to novelty mutts with high research costs.
But as AIBO supplies dry up, one other dog is having its day – existing AIBO owners. Over at Bayraider, they’ve noticed much AIBO activity on eBay, with 46 AIBO-related auctions currently taking place, making a pretty penny for robodog-owning community.
