LG's Side by Side TV refrigerator
Funnily enough houses just aren’t designed specifically for this male. If they were, the fridge would sit within arm’s reach of the armchair, so I wouldn’t miss a single minute of that crucial World Cup goal. Instead, I face the perilous journey of reaching the kitchen, getting a can and hoping I don’t miss any vital footballing moments before my return.
LG’s SXS Titanium TV Side-by-Side refrigerator could ease my burden. It features an integrated touch screen 15″ remote controlled LCD display with TV, DVD, cable and radio connectivity – which means you can take your time in the kitchen, and once the match is over, stick on a film or listen to post-match radio phone-in.
The fridge itself offers instant ice-cold filtered water, crushed ice or ice cubes at a touch of a button, a wine rack, pizza tray and can server (nice touch), plus LG’s Bio-shield technology, which fights bacteria, keeping food fresher for longer.
In the shops in time for the World Cup, but get saving now – it will cost around £2,500.

As a mere chick I am truely wowed by this development. I can now prepare tea for the family and not miss a moment of countdown. I wonder if LG will include some vibrating parts to this wonder gadget – if they do I’ll hardly ever go out!
Lifes Good? Simply Wonderful.
