Jajah offers free local and international calls

We covered Jajah recently – it’s the VoIP service that doesn’t require any settting up of of hardware of software – you simply visit and register at the site, enter both your number and the person you want to call, both phones ring and you get a discounted call. Well, now things have changed a little – you can now get free calls with Jajah.

As of today, free local and international ‘web activated calls’ are available between registered Jajah users. As long as both you and the person you call are registered on the site and the country is listed with Jajah’s service, you get the free call. In addition, you can call free to mobile phones in the United States, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan. The one condition is "fair use" – this means approximately 60 minutes per day. After that, Jajah can withdraw the service.

In countries where free phone calls are not available, or if someone is calling a non-Jajah member, lower call rates are applicable. For a full list of rates click here.
