Grab a vintage Optimus Prime on eBay

As the world awaits the forthcoming Transformers movie (what next, a MASK remake starring Lindsay Lohan, Ben Affleck and the Mini-Me guy?), original Transformers toys are going for a bomb on eBay if they’re in good condition. Take this first-generation Optimus Prime model, which has been found by Bayraider. It’s going for over $2,500 at the moment, although it does come in its box in perfect condition.
Also on Bayraider today: a crocodile-green ‘SIRWIN’ numberplate in honour of Steve Irwin, a David Hasselhoff gold disc, a hat worn by Tom Hanks in Forrest Gump, and a bling diamond ring that belonged – for a few minutes – to Desperate Housewives star Nicollette Sheridan.
