Linx Photo 8W audio/digital photo frame
Looks like these digital photo frames are going to be a big one this Christmas – judging by how many are hitting the stores. The latest to pitch for your custom is the Photo 8W by Linx, an 8-inch frame with high-definition display.
It’s just a matter of sticking your memory card into the frame to get your photos displayed. Or you can download images and MPEG movies via USB to the frame’s internal memory. Choose to display one image constantly or go for the cheesy option and have a slideshow. There’s also two built-in 1.5w speakers, so your favourite holiday tunes can accompany your beach snaps.
Images can be displayed as portrait or landscape, there’s a remote control for searching through photos and power is via mains or a rechargeable battery. Out this month, it should retail for around £149.
