Vita Audio R1 DAB radios with stylish wood or laquer finished cases

These compact digital radios from Vita measure in at 17cm high by 13cm deep and wide, and feature both DAB and FM radio with RDS, alarm and clock functions, a switchable front line input for connecting other audio devices, headphone jack, Intuitive RotoDial User Interface with soft illumination, 7W speaker, gold plated phono line outputs on rear.
Its casing is made from quality fibreboard, which should help make it sound good, and is available in a choice of four finishes: walnut and cherry real wood veneer, or high-gloss lacquered red or grey.
The lacquered units cost £179.99 whereas the wood veneered units cost £159.99. Maybe not the most feature rich on the market but they look great and should sound pretty good too.
