Sony PS3 video special: the photo-viewing mode in action
One of the most impressive things at last night’s Sony PS3 Bloggers event was getting hands on with the console’s multimedia functions, such as music and photo viewing. The 3D photo slideshow in particular sounded like a bit of a gimmick, but actually worked really well when we tried it – especially with a soundtrack of tunes stored on the PS3’s hard drive.
Watch the video below to see how it all works, cueing up Kasabian then going into the slideshow. We also liked the fact that the PS3’s user interface is so similar to the PSP.
