Wii more fun than PlayStation3?

When speaking to the Sydney Morning Herald Sony general manager for Australia & New Zealand, Nic Foster, perhaps didn’t choose his words wisely enough before letting them spill out of his mouth and into print.
“Wii is a core gaming device. It’s a more fun, intuitive sort of product to pick up, where the PS3 is a broader entertainment solution…”
Despite the fact that he was not speaking for Sony themselves it’s an interesting little quote. What’s that Nic? The Nintendo Wii is more fun than the new PlayStation? Gee thanks, that might make it a bit easier for us all to decide what machine to pick this generation… Console wars; it’s a funny old game.
