LG adds to Fantasy range with Jar monitor

When Susi headed over to Korea to check out LG’s latest products, she shot a brief film covering LG’s very designer-looking Fantasy monitor range. Well, the second of those screens (following the Ring, which is featured in the clip) will be on sale in the UK next month – LG’s Jar monitor.
The black surround doesn’t exactly have you bursting with excitement, but the base (which is supposed to look like a jar – hence the name) is much more eye-catching, with its quirky shape and red glow.
On the technical side, there’s a 2000:1 contrast ratio, 4ms response time and 1280×1024 resolution. But sadly, no HDMI inputs. Expect to see it in stores next month, retailing for around £260.
