Macworld 2007: XtremeMac debuts affordable cables for connecting up Apple TV
Share
Now that the Apple TV is very much on its way, expect to see a wave of products to complement it.
First up is XtremeMac’s range of audio and video cables, plus a four-port HDMI switcher, at prices they say are far below industry average.
Whilst these gadgets aren’t anything functionally different to others you can pick up, they are styled in grey to match the box (if that’s really important to you) but also do appear to be cheaper than some of the brand-name cables out there.
A single 2 metre gold-plated HDMI to HDMI cable, fully HDMI 1.3 compliant, costs $19.95.
