Vista launch: Hauppauge claim widest range of Vista-ready PC TV tuners
It’s not the first announcement from an equipment manufacturer on the day of Vista launch, and it certainly won’t be the last, as everyone lines up to tell us how well their products work with Microsoft’s shiny new OS.
Hauppauge, makers of TV tuner cards for PCs and laptops, have announced that its entire range of products is compatible with Vista.
The new driver software that will allow the cards to take full advantage of Vista’s new features will be included with every Hauppauge product shipped from today. Existing users who upgrade to Vista can grab a new driver from Hauppauge’s website.
There are a total of 13 TV tuner models for Windows Vista Media Centre, starting at just £49.99, and available in PCI card and USB versions, with a range of analogue, digital, and hybrid reception, plus single, double or triple tuners.
