It’s unlikely that the Ministry of Sound MOSDV124 2.1 DVD micro system can match some of the high-end home audio systems in terms of sound quality, but it does pack in the features and comes in at under £100.
The MOSDV124 screams “child’s bedroom” at you – offering all the entertainment in a compact package. First up, it’s a DVD player, with the drive also offering music playback from standard CDs, along with CDR, CDRW and MP3 discs. There’s also an FM/MW tuner on board with 40 presets.
Add to that 2.1 surround sound, NTSC and PAL playback, a glossy mirrored finish with vacuum fluorescent display (VFD) display and aluminium speaker grills and it’s got all the basics covered for its £99.99 price tag.
