Give us a new PC and we’re the first ones to be reaching for the spanners, but when it comes to Apple kit there just seems to be something a bit wrong about tearing it apart and staring at its innards. It would be a bit like taking Tickle Me Elmo apart.
That hasn’t stopped the kids over at TechRestore from breaking the seal on an Apple TV unit and getting stuck in.
Marvel at the close up of the wires, thrill yourself with the bottom view of the logic board. And just remember: underneath all that bright, white, shiny plastic – like most machines – it’s just a load of ugly grey and brown components.
