Kodak launches Easyshare Z712 IS and Z885 zoom digital cameras

Two new cameras have been announced by Kodak – the Easyshare Z712 IS and Z885 zoom, both with a high ISO and image stabilisation and due on the market in the coming weeks.
The Easyshare Z712 IS combines a 12x optical zoom lens with optical image stabilisation. The 7.1 megapixel camera is also claimed to feature best-in-class click-to-capture performance (0.26 seconds). Expected instore aroujnd April, it will retail for £229.
The Easyshare Z885 Zoom has a 5x optical zoom lens and 8.1 megapixel resolution. When combined with the ISO (up to 8000), it should offer a good performance in low-light conditions. And for beginners, there’s 10 scene modes for ease of use. It should retail from May, priced at £149.
