Eton launches E1100 AM/FM/Short Wave radio

DAB is all well and good, but if you’re off outside the town or city – or even going abroad – it’s not going to serve you as well. Something like this newly-launched Eton 1100 might be of use instead.
It’s a lightweight radio, with AM, FM and Short Wave frequencies via analogue tuning (but with digital read out), which should guarantee you a reception wherever you are. And to give it more use, the E1100 packs a clock, alarm and sleep functions – the alarm offering you a wake up call with either radio or buzzer.
Sold with earphones and a leather case, it retails for £34.95.
