LG launches Green Banana Phone in Korea

Mobile phones should have more interesting names. LG knows this, which is why its new LG-SV280 phone is being launched in South Korea as the ‘Green Banana Phone’.
The handset is, yes, green, and it gently curves round to hug your cheekbones while making a call (note, I’m not sure if this applies as well to flabby Westerners as it does to the svelte models in the promo pictures). It’ll even leave your face smelling fresh, as it’s got a lavender-scented keypad.
