Sony Ericsson introduces HBH-DS980 stereo Bluetooth headset
Another new launch from Sony Ericsson, this time the HBH-DS980 stereo Bluetooth headset for wire-free music and calling.
Weighing in at 27g, the selling points here include digital noise cancellation/echo reduction to reduce background noise, Bluetooth 2.0 for better quality voice calls, A2DP for music streaming in stereo, three sizes of silicon ear buds for a perfect fit, and a hidden OLED display, only visible when the headset is in use and able to show the song details, battery status or caller detail.
You can also use the HBH-DS980 with more than one device at the same time – a multipoint function allows you to listen to music stored on a Bluetooth-enabled PC/laptop and handle calls from your phone at the same time. Talk or music playback time is quoted at six hours.
The HBH-DS980 will be available worldwide from the third quarter of 2007. No price as yet.

Could you please advise a solution for this problem I face?. HBH-DS980 is getting paired OK with IBM T61 laptop. While connecting either stereo audio or headset it disconnects with connection error.
Please advise whether anything to do finetune this?
regards, Ravi
