Alcatel offers environmentally-friendly packaging for new handset range
We’re getting more green with our mobile phones through recycling, but what about all the excess packaging that comes with a handset? Not very environmentally-friendly is it? Well, Alcatel has made the first move in cutting back on the bulk.
Working alongside Carbon Footprint, Alcatel has managed to reduce the packaging for its new mobile range, making it three times smaller than before. That means reducing CO2 emissions, as well as reducing the amount of retail and home clutter.
As I look over to my huge mound of T-Mobile packaging, it’s certainly something others can learn from.
