Professional gadget queue concierges? I didn’t even know they existed. If they had, I might have taken different A-levels at school. Anyway, two chaps at the Apple Store in New York have been handing out t-shirts and catering to every whim of the people queuing for an iPhone (well, every whim apart from the one involving sneaking them out an early handset).
