Rightmove partners with Vodafone for improved mobile site
Rightmove has launched Rightmove Mobile – a new phone-friendly version of its home buying site. It’s available to all, but with a few extras for Vodafone users.
Vodafone users can take advantage of a special ‘find me’ facility, where the user can ask the Vodafone mobile network to find their current location using satellite technology, with all available property in the area listed, along with their local agents. All available properties for sale and for rent will be featured on Rightmove Mobile, plus direct contact to agents and the ability to download details.
According to Miles Shipside, Rightmove Commercial Director: “This is a great service for both buyers and sellers alike, as all UK properties to rent or buy will automatically appear on the Rightmove mobile internet portal. We believe that mobile internet is set to become part of everyday life in a very short space of time, and Rightmove is at the forefront of this development.”
