Casio launches PCP-1000 photo printer with keyboard in Japan

Something a little different from Casio in Japan – the PCP-1000 photo printer with keyboard.
So, what’s the point of a keyboard on a printer? Well, apparently it’s to allow users to print any text including receiver names, phone numbers and email addresses on postcards. Somewhat ‘niche’, I’m sure you’ll agree. Other features include a 7-inch LCD screen for viewing up to eight photos simultaneously and the ability to print directly from mobile handsets and cameras.
In Japan, this retails for the equivalent of £258.
