Fujitsu unveils whopping 231-inch TV
231 inches! That’s over 19 feet! Stick that in your pipe and smoke it, plasma telly manufacturers! Fujitsu just pwned all your new products! Etc etc!
Okay, so the Super Frontech Vision LD isn’t really aimed at us couch potatoes. Instead, it’s for advertising companies, train operators and, er, funfairs. But it’s got all the proper inputs (yep, including DVI), can display 16 million colours, and has a resolution of, er, 512 x288 LED pixels.
So how much will it cost? Er, 63 million yen (around £260,000). Only millionaires, footballers and really keen fans of polar bears need apply then.
