Jabra offers BT8030 Bluetooth headset/speaker system
Back in January, we highlighted Jabra’s BT8010 headset, which looked like traditional Bluetooth headwear, but could be used as a speaker too. Well, that concept has been refined with the Jabra BT8030.
It’s an altogether more sturdy and clever build, which looks like a traditional pair of headphones one minute, but just a flick of the wrist means they can be used as a portable stereo system or indeed a speakerphone. As a headset, there is around 32 hours use on a single charge Or as a speaker and in speaker mode, you get 26 hours of sound (depending on volume level). And you can pair multiple devices too, if you happen to have a separate mobile and MP3 player.
Available in the Far East now, priced at the equivalent of £120.
