Magellan launches Triton 2000 GPS receiver

Magellan has launched a new Triton range of handheld GPS receivers, initially in the US, headed up by the Triton 2000.
The 2000 features a 2.7-inch QVGA touch screen, SD card slot, two megapixel camera, a voice recorder, speaker, LED flashlight, electronic compass and barometer, and the ability to upload National Geographic maps.
Triton 2000 will be available in North America in September and in Europe probably from around October. The US price is $500 (around £250).
