Pinju Chen's Speaker Chair
If you are going to kick back and listen to some music, you might as well do it in style – and that’s what Pinju Chen offers with his Speaker Chair.
Not the first to do this kind of thing, but one of the few you want to sit in. And it promises much with the sound side too, with the design based around a huge speaker driver, with speakers in the arms, sitting alongside an iPod dock, CD player and essential controls.
Sadly, this is just a concept rather than a retail piece. But a workable one – so if you fancy the idea of a Speaker Chair in your living room and have plenty of spare cash, the designer might just make you one.
