LED Alarm Clock made from movable, stackable cubes: not for the easily confused
Alarm clocks are boring, so quirky takes on the concept might seem like a good idea, right?
The LED Alarm Clock is made up from four individual Perspex stackable cubes which can be moved around independently, thereby allowing you to totally muck up the order of the digits being displayed. Yes, it might look good now, but bear in mind you’ll probably be staring confusedly at it at some unearthly hour during the night.
Each cube is one inch wide by one-and-a-half inches tall, and comes with a separate controller to set the time, dimmer, and alarm functions. Notice that the second cube has a helpful “dot” so you can at least work out where one of the cubes go, even if not the others.
This time madness will set you back £69.95, but for that you can’t even plug your iPod in to it.
