The easiest way to find Jesus burnt into your slice of toast
Okay, so it involves actually scribbling the face of Christ with a stylus on the pad provided on top of this toaster, which then uses toasty magic to burn your design onto a slice of bread. It’s being pitched as a way to write notes, but the more obvious application is Jesus faces to flog on eBay.
It’s a concept product, I think, which means whoever’s responsible hasn’t actually figured out how the burning would work. In other words, don’t expect to be seeing this for sale in Argos any time soon.
I’m strangely hypnotised by the bread being used in these mock-up shots though: it looks unnatural! Who has toast that thick and neat? Scary.
