Meridian slaps some limited edition paint on the Ferrari-branded F80's hood
The holiday party season is fast approaching, and Meridian has cashed in on the sudden interest in metallics and all things shiny, by releasing a couple of limited edition sparkly hues.
As we know, the F80 is one of their flagship models, with CD, DVD and DAB/FM/AM-playing prowess. In these two limited edition models, the three power amplifiers, two front speakers and rear subwoofer have been coated in rather special glossy metallic finishes, namely the silver shade on the left (Grigio Silverstone), and on the right, the RubinoMicallizzato.
This must be what happens when Italian design meets English manufacturing. Makes me feel like popping down to the nearest gastropub for a bowl of gnocchi, actually. There’s been no price increase for the extra slap of colours, so they’ll retail for £1,495 along with the other colours available.
