Whoa, check out Sharp’s rack there! What a beauty! Yes, the joke never gets old, no matter how many times I’ve said it since I first laid eyes on the ANPR1000H home theatre system last night.

It’s pumping 300W of total output power through the two speakers and two subwoofers, and is designed to hold your LCD TV (Sharp, natch), and assorted players. Giving you 2.1 channel front surround sound, it’s complemented nicely by the internal amplifier, and has some of that nice sound reproduction technology from Dolby, ‘Audistry’, plus DTS, Dolby Digital and Dolby Pro Logic II Decoder options. It’s going to retail here for £599, and expect a video preview to be uploaded shortly once YouTube decides to *actually* start working for a change.
