Sharp enthuses the TV-addicted nation with the TU-R160HA digital TV recorder
Not the most exciting of products announced, granted, but still quite handy for your TV viewing addictions.
Upgrades to the previous model launched in June include a sensible ‘series recording’ feature, offering a series link giving you all the episodes of the series in one go. Freeview Playback is also featured, where more than 40 free digital TV channels can be recorded and also live-paused. Of course, the 160GB hard drive will store billions of episodes of Heroes and Californication – ok, well maybe just 80 hours in total, and the twin tuner allows for simultaneous recording of two channels. Just launched, it’s £160.
