And yes, we’re sure. See, if this was a lightsabre, it would have to be an officially licensed Star Wars product with the blessing of Lucasfilm. And, er, it’s not. Instead, it’s a Light Sword that looks just like the lightsab.. the weapons used in a certain series of Sci-Fi movies.
It’s not a dedicated controller in its own right, mind. Instead, you slot your Wiimote into it, and then swish it around like a true Jed… a mystical space warrior. WiiWii reckons it’s ideal for playing Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga, in the absence of a proper sabre-enabled Star Wars game for Wii.
The cost? A mere £15. Although frankly, you’d be better putting that towards a copy of Rayman Raving Rabbids 2.
