Asus Eee PC offered with integrated HSDPA in France
Yes, we all love the Eee PC, but it’s not as much fun when you’re outside a Wi-Fi hotspot. Unless you happen to have signed up with French carrier SFR, which is offering the Eee with integrated HSDPA 3G.
It’s a bundle package, with the white Eee PC 4G and a USB HSDPA modem (capable of download speeds of up to 3.6Mb/s) offered for 299 Euros (around £223). It’s also doing a 100 Euro cashback deal, but that’s tempered with the need for a contract – €29.90 per month for 24 months, or €34.90 a month for 12 months.
A limited offer, with only 1,000 of these offered – and the offer ends tomorrow (Wednesday 23rd January). See the company’s website for the small print.
