CES 2008: Relax in the Human Touch HT-7450 Zero-Gravity massage chair
Share
CES-goers with aching bodies come Thursday could do worse than visit the Human Touch stand. The company is showing off its HT-7450 Zero-Gravity massage chair, which lives up to its high-tech name.
That’s me in it – apologies for looking so scared, but it had just given my back and calves a good rubbing. The chair reclines you to reduce the strain of gravity, before pummelling you with one of eight massage programmes.
It also scans your back to work out where you’re most knotted up, and focuses its attentions on those bits. It’s very impressive, although the $3,999 price point made me tense up again. The chair’s heading to Europe soon, apparently.
