Is your web site Hot or Not? New site lets you find out
Just when you thought there was no room for any more “Hot or Not” web sites, along comes one which lets you vote on how good a web site looks.
Yes, we know it’s all about the content, right? But, just as with most other things in life, some things look great, and some things look downright nasty.
So why not vote on them?
It really is all about how a web site looks, because only very large text can be read on the screenshots.
The site works in the same way as other “Hot or Not” sites — simply rate how good the site looks on a scale of one to ten, then see the average vote on the next page.
It’s also possible to comment on the sites being displayed, which could lead to some interesting abuse.
Created by David Sifry, who set up blog engine Technorati, it’s supposed to be a fun experiment, though it could potentially be expanded into a bigger site.
